These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of pixofig.com and your purchase of products and services from (collectively, “PixoFig,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked on the website.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
1. About PixoFig
PixoFig provides made-to-order, stylized resin figurines and related personalized products created from customer-supplied photos, selected product options and order instructions.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you place an order for another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide the information and materials required for that order.
3. Product nature and expectations
PixoFig products are stylized interpretations, not exact miniature clones. Appearance depends on the quality and completeness of the supplied photos, the chosen style, product size, printing process and hand finishing.
Product images, digital previews and on-screen colors can differ from the physical product because of lighting, display settings, image processing, scale and production variation. Minor variations in color, surface and small details are normal for made-to-order printed and hand-finished pieces.
PixoFig figurines are resin decorative collectibles made for display. Do not market, use or treat them as toys unless a particular product is expressly identified and certified for that purpose.
4. Website preview
The instant website preview is a model-style 2D image intended to help you explore a visual direction. It is not the final production 3D model, a guarantee of exact appearance or a substitute for the post-order design review.
After checkout, PixoFig creates and refines the production 3D design using the supplied photos, selected style, product options and order notes.
5. Customer-provided materials
You retain ownership of photos and other original materials that you submit, subject to the rights of other people who may appear in them.
You grant PixoFig a limited, non-exclusive right to receive, store, process, adapt and share those materials with service providers only as reasonably necessary to:
- generate requested previews;
- communicate with you;
- create and revise the custom design;
- manufacture, inspect, pack and deliver the order; and
- provide customer support and resolve claims.
This operational permission ends when the materials are deleted according to the Photo & AI Preview Privacy Notice, except where limited retention is required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
You confirm that:
- you own the submitted materials or have permission to use them for the order;
- you have authority to submit identifiable images of other people or pets;
- the materials do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights; and
- the materials are not unlawful, abusive, exploitative or deceptive.
We may refuse or cancel work involving content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, non-consensual, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, dangerous or otherwise inappropriate for the service. Any refund will depend on the stage reached and work already completed, subject to applicable law.
6. Orders and product selections
You are responsible for checking the selected style, size, number of people or pets, product options, spelling, contact information and shipping address before placing an order.
An order is accepted when PixoFig confirms it. We may contact you for clearer photos, missing details or clarification. Delayed replies can delay the order.
If a requested feature is not feasible or materially differs from the selected product, we may propose an adjustment, an additional charge, a different product or cancellation before proceeding.
7. Design review and approval
PixoFig sends multi-angle design images and a short preliminary model video for review before printing.
Adjustments are available during the pre-production stage. Once the preliminary 3D model is established, up to three revision rounds are included. Feedback should be specific and consolidated.
Major changes outside the original order may require an additional charge or new order. Printing starts after approval. Once you approve printing, further changes and change-of-mind cancellation are unavailable.
8. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed at checkout in the applicable store currency. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout.
PixoFig may correct obvious pricing, product or technical errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding and provide options consistent with applicable law.
9. Production and delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates. Customer revisions, response time, seasonal demand, destination, customs, weather and carrier conditions can cause delay.

10. Cancellations, refunds and replacements
Cancellation eligibility depends on the production stage. Personalized products are generally not returnable for change of mind after printing approval. Damaged, defective or incorrect products are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
11. Public use of customer content
Purchasing from PixoFig does not give us permission to publicly post your source photo, finished product, name, story, review, video or likeness. We will request separate permission before using identifiable customer materials in a gallery, advertisement, social post or other public marketing.
If you separately authorize public use, the scope of that permission should be stated in the consent request. You may contact us about future use, but withdrawal may not affect material already lawfully published or printed before we receive the request.
12. Intellectual property
The PixoFig website, brand name, logos, site design, original copy, graphics and PixoFig-created materials are owned by or licensed to PixoFig and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of a customer’s original photograph to PixoFig.
13. Third-party services
The website and fulfillment process may rely on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, hosting, communications, image-processing or AI providers, manufacturers and delivery carriers. Their services can be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
14. Website availability
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PixoFig is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from materials you submitted without the rights or permissions required by Section 5, or from unlawful misuse of the website or products.
17. Governing law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply in the customer’s place of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes as provided by applicable law.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, law or business practices. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
19. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
