Questions Before You Start?

What if I do not like the instant preview?+

Email support@pixofig.com before ordering. Share the original photo and explain what you would like changed, and our team will help review the direction with you.

Will I approve the design before printing?+

Yes. After your order is placed, we prepare the production 3D design and send it to you for review. Printing begins only after approval.

Is the instant preview the final 3D model?+

No. The website preview is a model-style 2D image that shows an early visual direction. After you order, our team creates the production 3D model and sends multi-angle images and a short preliminary model video for your review.

Can I request changes?+

You can request adjustments during the pre-production preview stage. Once the preliminary 3D model is established, up to three revision rounds are included. Changes are no longer available after you approve the model for printing.
